These terms and conditions (the “Agreement”) apply to your registration for the 2026 Premier Trip organized by Beaulieu Canada (the “Company”), which takes place from October 2 2026 to October 9 2026 (the “Trip”).
Qualification period
To be eligible for registration for the Trip, you must have met the Company's qualification criteria during the Qualification Period from January 10, 2025 to September 2, 2026.
Registration period
Registration for the Trip is open from January 10, 2025, to May 1, 2026. Registrations completed after May 1, 2026, are not guaranteed a spot on the trip. Spaces will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis, so we encourage early registration to maximize the likelihood of securing a place.
Registration cost
The 2026 Premier Trip is exclusively for adults. An adult is defined as anyone 18 years or older at the time of registration. Individuals under 18 at the time of registration are not eligible to participate. The cost per adult is outlined below. Overbilling is set at $0.07 per square foot (SF), subject to change at the discretion of the retailers.

Single occupancy: $6,869

Double occupancy: $6,985 per person

Triple occupancy: $4,385 per person
Cancellation policy
In the event of a cancellation, the following penalties will apply:

January 10, 2025 to March 31, 2025: 10% Penalty ($698.50 per person)

April 1, 2025 to August 26, 2025: 25% Penalty ($1,746.25 per person)

August 27, 2025 to December 19, 2025: 50% Penalty ($3,492.50 per person)

December 20, 2025 to May 29, 2026: 75% Penalty ($5,238.75 per person)

After May 29, 2026: 100% Penalty ($6,985 per person)
All penalty amounts are based on double occupancy for adults. Rates may vary for single or triple occupancy. Please refer to the registration cost section (point 3) for the full penalty amounts.

Grace period qualification - program disqualification
Dealers currently in their grace period must meet all program qualification requirements by December 31, 2025, to remain eligible for the Trip. Failure to meet these requirements will result in removal from the Trip. In such cases, the cancellation policy will apply.
Invoicing
If you have not fully qualified by September 2, 2026 Beaulieu Canada shall send you an invoice for the remaining balance. It is mandatory to settle all the requisite amounts prior to the Trip. If you decide to cancel your participation, the cancellation policy shall apply.
Tax responsibility
It is your responsibility to declare the Trip on your income tax as it is considered a taxable advantage. Beaulieu Canada will supply you with a letter stating the value of the Trip.
Room capacity
Each room on the Trip can accommodate a maximum of three adults. Only the Bungalow Tropical Suites, which are equipped with two queen beds, can accommodate three adults. Rollaway beds are not available, so one bed must be shared among guests.
Modifications and additional requirements
Any modifications or additional requirements to the Trip must go through Beaulieu Canada's travel partner 'Brightspot Travel’. Any additional costs associated with these modifications or requirements will be communicated to you by our partner and must be paid directly to them. Beaulieu Canada is not responsible for any additional costs or expenses incurred as a result of modifications or additional requirements to the Trip.

Inclusions
All inclusions mentioned below are provided as part of the Trip and are subject to change at Beaulieu Canada's discretion. Beaulieu Canada reserves the right to modify or remove any inclusion listed on the website at any time without prior notice.​
