Terms and conditions

These terms and conditions (the “Agreement”)  apply to your registration for the 2024 trip organized by Beaulieu Canada (the “Company”), which takes place from October 17th 2024 to October 28th 2024 (the “Trip”).

 

  1. Qualification Period: To be eligible for registration for the Trip, you must have met the Company's qualification criteria during the Qualification Period from March 13th 2023 to September 15th 2024.
     

  2. Registration Period: Registration for the Trip is open from March 13th 2023 to June 30th 2023. The registration fee for each registered adult (double occupancy) is 114,215 SF, and for each registered adult (single occupancy) is 169,930 SF, and for each registered child (3 years to 17 years) is 52,858 SF, and lastly for each registered child (under 3) is 2,886 SF.  Overbilling is set at $0.07 per SF, but it may be increased at any time at the discretion of the retailers. If you complete your registration after June 30th, 2023, we cannot guarantee availability for the trip. Spots will be assigned on a first-come, first-served basis, and we recommend completing the registration process as soon as possible to increase the chances of securing a spot on the trip.
     

  3. Cancellation Policy: In the event of a cancellation, the following penalties will apply:
     

    • If cancelled between March 13th and October 17th 2023: 10% Penalty (11,422 SF per person*)

    • If cancelled between October 18th and March 31st 2024: 25% Penalty (28,554 SF per person*)

    • If cancelled between April 1st and June 15th 2024: 50% Penalty (57,108 SF per person*)

    • If cancelled between June 16th and October 17 2024: 100% Penalty (114,215 SF per person*)
      * Amounts based on adults in double occupancy. Amounts differ for single occupancy, or with kids under 17. Please refer to registration period (point 2) to view the complete amounts.
       

  4. Invoicing: If you have not fully qualified by June 15th 2024 and still decide to participate in the trip, Beaulieu Canada shall send you an invoice for the remaining balance by September 15th 2024. It is mandatory to settle all the requisite amounts prior to the Trip. If you decide to cancel your participation, the cancellation policy shall apply, and you will be required to pay a 50% penalty fee.
     

  5. Tax Responsibility: It is your responsibility to declare the Trip on your income tax as it is a taxable advantage. Beaulieu Canada will supply you with a letter stating the value of the Trip.
     

  6. Cabin Capacity: Each cabin on the Trip can accommodate a maximum of 3 people.
     

  7. Modifications and Additional Requirements: Any modifications or additional requirements to the Trip must go through Beaulieu Canada's travel agency. Any additional costs associated with these modifications or requirements will be communicated to you by the travel agency and must be paid directly to them. Beaulieu Canada is not responsible for any additional costs or expenses incurred as a result of modifications or additional requirements to the Trip.

  8. Inclusions: All inclusions mentioned below are provided as part of the Trip and are subject to change at Beaulieu Canada's discretion. Beaulieu Canada reserves the right to modify or remove any inclusion listed on the website at any time without prior notice.​
     

    • Club Veranda stateroom (with balcony)

      Stateroom Area: 175 sq. ft. (16.3 sq. m) Veranda Area: 40 sq. ft. (3.8 sq. m)

    • All meals (Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner)

    • Bar package on board: standard spirits, international beers, and a changing selection of two red and two white wines, and one rosé and sparkling wine by the glass each day throughout your trip

    • On board bottled water, soft drinks, specialty coffees and teas

    • Complimentary AzAmazing Evening event onboard - TBD

    • Self-service laundry

    • Concierge services for personal guidance and additional excursion reservations

    • Roundtrip flight in economy class from all major cities

    • Transfers from Rome airport to to the pier Civitavecchia (Rome)

    • 9 nights cruise, including 1 night onboard the Onward Azamara on the last night docked in Barcelona

    • Panoramic city tour in Barcelona

    • Return transfer from Barcelona pier to airport

    • Gratuities, taxes and Azamara service fees
       

  9. ​​Exclusions: The following items are not included in the Trip and must be arranged and paid for by you separately: travel insurance, spa, optional excursions, premium alcohol, and specialty restaurants. Furthermore, if you require accommodations for an overnight stay at an airport due to a connecting flight, you will be responsible for paying any additional fees incurred.
